Two-Room Suite in our Main Lodge - $465 per night
This is perfect for a family of 4 - 5 people!
This rate includes:
- One room set up with a queen bed, tv/vcr, mini refrigerator, sliding glass door with a fabulous view of Burney Mountain.
- Room next door is the Kids room with tv/vcr combo and twin bed plus a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top.

2009 Riding Rates
- One hour ride on Pacific Crest Trail:
- $65 for guests
- $70 for non-guests
- Two hour ride on Pacific Crest Trail to Baum Lake:
- $95 for guests
- $105 for non-guests
- Day Rides to Burney Falls (includes picnic lunch):
- $275 (approx 4.5 hours)
- One hour training in the arena with one hour trail ride:
- $135
- Private lessons in our arena:
- $75 per hour

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
Reservations are held with a 50% deposit. If cancellation is received
before 60 days of arrival date, full refund minus $30 administrative
fee will be issued. If cancellation received 60 days to within 72 Hours
of arrival date, you will receive a credit for your next visit within
the calendar year, minus $30 administrative fee. If cancellation is within
72 hours of your arrival, you will forfeit your deposit.
